Sipario does not host content
Sipario is a browser-based player. It does not host, cache, store, index, or distribute any third-party media. When you press play, your browser fetches bytes directly from an upstream host named by an addon manifest URL you added in Settings. Sipario has no copy of any stream and no ability to remove content from the upstream host.
For the fastest practical remedy, please contact the upstream host or the operator of the addon directly. If you still believe Sipario should act, the procedure below applies.
Submitting a notice
Send takedown requests to abuse@sipario.tv. Notices that meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) (or the equivalent under your local law) will be processed promptly. A complete notice includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised representative).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Specific identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL, addon manifest, screenshot, etc.).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
What we will do
On receipt of a complete notice, we will review the submission promptly. Where the complaint relates to a specific addon manifest URL, an indexer, or another resource we operate, we will take appropriate action — which may include removing references to the resource from any documentation we publish and, where applicable, asking users to discontinue use of the resource.
Where the complaint relates to media obtained from an upstream host that we do not operate, we will direct the complainant to that host. As stated above, Sipario has no ability to remove content from third-party hosts.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) (or equivalent local law).
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users who are repeat infringers, and we cooperate with lawful requests from rights holders and law enforcement.
