Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-04.

What you must not do

By using Sipario you agree not to use the Service, or any third-party addon URL you add through it, for any of the following:

  • Streaming, downloading, or otherwise accessing copyrighted content for which you do not hold the rights — by ownership, license, fair use / fair dealing, or another lawful basis applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Anything that violates the law in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction the Service is operated from.
  • Accessing, distributing, or generating content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM), or any content prohibited by applicable child-protection law.
  • Harassing, defaming, or threatening any person; promoting violence; or distributing content that incites the same.
  • Bypassing technical access controls, geofencing, or DRM on services that have not authorised you to do so.
  • Attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or compromise the security of the Service or any system reachable through it.
  • Using the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract metadata or content for commercial redistribution.

Your responsibility for sources you add

Sipario does not bundle, recommend, or endorse any specific addon. The addon manifest URLs you add in Settings are entirely of your own choosing. The Service has no visibility into what those addons return and no ability to filter or moderate their output. The legal responsibility for content obtained through addons you add is yours.

Reporting abuse

If you become aware of content or activity that violates this policy, you can report it via the contact on the DMCA / takedown page. Because Sipario does not host content, the most effective remedy in most cases is reporting the issue directly to the upstream host or addon operator.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service. In appropriate cases, violations may also be referred to law enforcement.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
